Long Speech On Junk Food 500 Words In English

Good morning everyone. I have a question for the crowd, what did you have for your breakfast today? Was it bread, butter, egg, and milk, or was it cereal, or did you have some delicious paratha with butter? I, for one, sure do not know the answer to this question, but I know one thing that all of you must have had something to fill your stomach before this event. I am also sure that you had not had a burger, pizza, or biryani etc. in the morning.

The restaurants even do not include these items on their breakfast menu. They have items like hash brown potatoes, bread, fruit juice, eggs, and sorts for their breakfast menu.

Junk food is lovely and appealing, but as is told, we are what we eat. When one starts to consume junk food, there is no going back. One eats one after another junk food.

The food pyramid that we have and was taught to us in school shows that it has carbohydrate and fat of the top of the pyramid where the end is pointed, and this simplifies that it must be consumed in small amounts. While the bottom of the pyramid, which is wide constitutes of raw fruits, salads, etc. even milk and proteins form the second tier of the food pyramid.

Junk foods mainly constitute of carbohydrates and fats, and thus, it is terrible for our health and must be avoided entirely.

Junk food, cold drinks, etc. are not even a part of the food pyramid still we are attracted towards it for its taste. If a slice of pizza is kept on one side of the table, and the other side of the table fruits are kept, 90% of people will be having the former.

Excessive salt, butter, oil, purified butter, dessert, cake, chips, sugar, and sorts are harmful to health. Instead of this, we need to eat more greens and maintain a properly balanced diet. Maintaining the food cycle and sleep cycle is as crucial as not eating junk food. Because no matter how much we avoid eating junk food, if there is no balance, it becomes impossible to keep oneself fit.

Maybe the consumption of these junk foods does not show any effects immediately. But in the long run, it will show signs and make life difficult. Cholesterol that leads to heart ailments, diabetes, blood sugar issues, osteoporosis, etc. are just a few diseases to name.

I want to conclude by saying, junk foods will lure us through advertisements. There will be traps laid down perfectly to entangle you into having these harmful foods. But suppose you set up your goal to quit eating junk food. In that case, you must always keep this in mind that if you have a single packet of chips in a month, it is not a problem.

We have all seen what junk food can do, and I am very sure that it would not be confined to having just a single packet of chips per month, the frequency of the consumption of junk food will keep on increasing.

With this, its one’s call to choose between eating to live or living to eat.

The much-relished fast foods also fall under the umbrella of junk food. And to keep healthy one must keep at bay from such food. Different ways to deliver this message can be a long speech on avoiding junk food or a short speech on saying no to junk food.

Long and Short Speech on Junk Food

Long speech on junk food.

This form of the long speech on junk food is extremely helpful for students in grades 8-12 who are assigned to deliver a 5-minute speech.

Good morning to everyone present here, respected Principal, teachers, and my dear friends, I am Abc (mention your name) here to speak about a topic we know of but not entirely that is junk food. Yes, aren’t we all aware of the delicious junk food. In fact, we eat more junk food than healthy food without realizing what the consequences will be.

Before going ahead let me ask you all a question about your breakfast habits. Do you actually take the time to consider what you eat as the most important meal like having fruits, toast, idli, dosa, etc or do you just buy something like a heavy cheesy sandwich from our canteens? I am certain we all act according to our convenience without considering the effects on our health.

It is indeed the changing times that we have been totally neglectful towards what we put into our bodies. Especially in metropolitan cities and towns where there is a surplus of junk food available it is more likely that everyone will consume it more. The main reason for it being so much in demand is because of its cheap price which is the perfect fit for teenagers and youngsters for the affordability of these products.

Another main reason apart from being available for affordable prices is its delicious taste. Because of this very reason, it has more repeat value for the young kids and they seem to form an addiction to such kinds of foods. The other attracting quality of this junk food is that it is readily available at all times. Be it on the streets or now even in fast-food restaurants. So people find it extremely convenient to either eat on-site or even take away because it takes very little time to prepare.

Junk in itself means waste and junk food also contains all the waste and unwanted additives and ingredients with high calories because of fat and sugar that is added in abundance. It also lacks everything good that is required for the body to function properly as the proper quantity of protein, fibers, vitamins, and minerals. It also contains trans-fats that are truly damaging in the long term and even in the short term period.

These full of fats junk foods are, fried chicken, pizza, burger, noodles, pasta, hot dogs, potato chips like lays, puffcorn, popcorn, doughnuts, french fries, icecreams, tacos, cookies, and pancakes and as I mention this I am fully aware that there are many of our favorite food items in these. And while one can enjoy these once in a while and should not be consumed regularly. This is because it can lead to obesity, which will hamper appetite and digestion.

And eventually lead to lethargy, inactive lifestyle, and depression. All of this in no way sounds kind to the children’s growth and development. Even though there are many KFC outlets and pizza outlets we must keep in mind that we are what we eat and avoid visiting such restaurants that serve so much junk food. Instead, go for fruits and vegetable vendors and exercise into a healthy lifestyle and healthy body. These small changes can lead to so many beneficial outcomes and we must start immediately. Start living a good life and stay healthy.

Short Speech on Junk Food

This kind of speech on junk food is short and hence can be extremely beneficial for students in grades 4-8 who can deliver a simple speech and cover all the important points.

Good morning all, respected Principal, teachers, and my dear friends today I am here to speak on the topic of junk food. Junk food is termed junk food because all the components in it are waste, unhealthy and unimportant. These components are oil, trans fats instead of the good omega fats, sugar, fats, calories, minimal to no proteins, and fibers.

Even with so many problems, the endorsement of it is very alluring. Junk food, mostly fast foods, are easily available on the streets. It is charged at a reasonable price so even the young ones are buying without any issues and since it is also delicious it is very appealing.

We learn the components that have to be consumed for a healthy body and the food chart clearly mentions consuming less of all the components that are abundantly present in junk food. Yet we keep falling prey to such false advertisements of burgers, biryanis, pizzas, pasta, chips, and noodles.

The problem with all of this is not the availability of it and the accessibility of the junk food; it is how regularly the choice of eating such unhealthy food is being made instead of the good homemade and fine food.

Our health is in our own hands, and we can make the choice to either destroy it or conserve and preserve it to live a long and healthy life. Let us all make this choice sooner rather than later so we do not regret our decisions when we have diabetes, obesity, depression, heart diseases, cholesterol early in our lives. The time is now to make healthy choices and let us pledge to do so by avoiding harmful foods that damage our health and body.

Thank you.

The category of junk food includes burgers, French fries, pizzas, chips. These foods are prepared with a high quantity of oil . It is prepared in such a manner that they taste very good and once a person tastes them, they get addicted to its taste and regularly demand for this kind of food. This is specially the case with children.

As we can see mall culture is developing and we can see small or big malls in every nook and corner of metro cities. These malls are the major source of Junk Food. As the mall culture is increasing so the demand for junk food is also increasing.  Junk Food is highly unhealthy. After seeing and observing the ill effects of junk food, the government and many organizations are coming forward to make people aware of the harmful impacts of junk food. The World Health Organization and many media channels are doing such awareness programs.

But the problem today is that Junk Food has become an inseparable part of the modern lifestyle. It’s hardly possible to completely eliminate it from food but we can manage its intake. Children should be given this kind of food only a few times a week

It becomes the responsibility of parents and teachers to inculcate good food habits in children at an early stage. The children and kids should be given vegetables and fruits with different flavourful recipes that can satisfy their taste buds. The school and colleges should also ban such kind of food in their canteens and mess.

The junk food has many ill effects on our body, health and mind. A  healthy-minded person should make himself and his family to say no to junk food. The restaurants and malls who sell junk food in large quantities should be banned. The government should also restrict such ads that encourage people to consume junk food. And at last today, I encourage all the people here, to take a pledge that they will not consume junk food and will contribute to the fight against junk food.

5 Short Speeches about Junk Food

Junk food has become an integral part of our modern diet, often sparking heated debates about health, convenience, and societal impacts. From quick snacks to fast-food meals, these tasty treats have found their way into our daily lives, leaving us with mixed feelings about their place in our eating habits.

As we explore this topic through a series of speeches, we’ll uncover different perspectives on junk food. Whether you’re a health enthusiast, a food lover, or somewhere in between, these speeches will give you plenty to chew on. So grab a snack (healthy or otherwise) and let’s dig into the world of junk food!

Short Speeches about Junk Food

Get ready for a feast of words as we serve up five flavorful speeches about everyone’s guilty pleasure – junk food.

Speech 1: The Junk Food Dilemma

Ladies and gentlemen, friends and neighbors, let’s talk about something we all know and love (or love to hate): junk food. It’s everywhere we look – in our pantries, on billboards, and calling our names from the drive-thru. But what’s the real deal with these tempting treats?

Sure, junk food tastes amazing. That burst of flavor, the satisfying crunch, the way it seems to hit all the right spots. But let’s face it – we all know it’s not doing our bodies any favors. It’s loaded with empty calories, packed with sugar and unhealthy fats, and often leaves us feeling sluggish and guilty.

But here’s the thing – junk food isn’t going anywhere. It’s convenient, it’s affordable, and let’s be honest, it’s downright delicious. So instead of demonizing it, maybe we need to find a middle ground. Can we enjoy our favorite snacks in moderation? Can we balance them out with healthier choices?

Think about it – what if we treated junk food like a special occasion rather than a daily staple? What if we savored that burger or those chips, really enjoying every bite, instead of mindlessly munching? And what if we put as much effort into making healthy food taste great as the junk food companies put into making their products irresistible?

The junk food dilemma isn’t going away anytime soon. But by being more mindful about our choices and finding a balance, we can have our cake and eat it too – just maybe not every day. So the next time you reach for that bag of chips or order that pizza, take a moment to think about your relationship with junk food. Is it serving you, or are you serving it? The choice, as always, is yours.

— END OF SPEECH —

Commentary: This speech takes a balanced approach to the topic of junk food, acknowledging its appeal while encouraging moderation and mindfulness. It’s suitable for health and wellness seminars, community meetings, or as an opening address for a nutrition workshop.

Speech 2: The Hidden Costs of Convenience

Hey there, fellow food lovers! Today, let’s chat about something we all enjoy but rarely stop to think about – junk food. You know, those quick, tasty bites that seem to make life a little easier and a lot more delicious. But have you ever wondered about the true price we’re paying for this convenience?

On the surface, junk food seems like a bargain. It’s cheap, it’s fast, and it’s everywhere. Need a quick lunch? Grab a burger. Feeling peckish during a movie? Popcorn and candy to the rescue. Late-night craving? There’s probably a vending machine nearby. But here’s the kicker – the real cost of junk food goes way beyond what’s on the price tag.

First off, there’s the toll on our health. Those chips and sodas might satisfy us in the moment, but they’re not doing our bodies any favors in the long run. We’re talking increased risks of obesity, heart disease, diabetes – the list goes on. And let’s not forget about the impact on our energy levels and mood. That sugar high feels great until the crash hits, right?

Then there’s the environmental cost. Think about all the packaging that comes with junk food. All those wrappers, bottles, and containers add up to a whole lot of waste. And don’t even get me started on the resources used to produce and transport all this stuff around the globe.

But perhaps the biggest hidden cost is what we’re missing out on. Every time we choose junk food, we’re passing up an opportunity to nourish our bodies with something better. We’re trading the chance to learn about nutrition, to cook for ourselves, to connect with others over a home-cooked meal.

Now, don’t get me wrong. I’m not saying we should never enjoy a slice of pizza or a scoop of ice cream again. Life’s too short for that kind of restriction. But maybe it’s time we start seeing junk food for what it really is – a treat, not a staple.

So next time you’re tempted by that vending machine or drive-thru, take a moment to consider the true cost of convenience. Is it really worth it? Could you make a different choice that’s better for you, your wallet, and the planet? The power is in your hands – or should I say, in your stomach.

Remember, every bite is a choice. Let’s start making choices that truly serve us, not just in the moment, but for the long haul. Because when it comes to food, we deserve more than just quick and easy. We deserve delicious AND nutritious. Now that’s a combo meal worth investing in!

Commentary: This speech highlights the broader implications of junk food consumption beyond personal health, touching on environmental and social aspects. It would be appropriate for environmental awareness events, school assemblies, or community health initiatives.

Speech 3: Junk Food and Children – A Recipe for Disaster?

Good evening, parents, teachers, and concerned citizens. Today, we’re going to talk about a topic that’s close to all our hearts – our children’s health. Specifically, we’re going to address the elephant in the room: junk food and its impact on our kids.

Let’s start with a sobering fact: childhood obesity rates have tripled in the last 30 years. And while there are many factors at play, we can’t ignore the role of junk food in this alarming trend. Our kids are growing up in a world where sugary drinks, fast food, and snacks loaded with artificial ingredients are not just available – they’re often the norm.

Now, I know what some of you might be thinking. “It’s just food. What’s the big deal?” But here’s the thing – it’s not just about weight. The food our children eat affects their mood, their ability to concentrate in school, their energy levels, and even their mental health. When we fill our kids’ plates with junk food, we’re not just filling their bellies – we’re shaping their future health and habits.

But let’s be real – banning junk food entirely isn’t the answer. We’ve all seen how well prohibition works (spoiler alert: it doesn’t). Instead, we need to focus on education and moderation. We need to teach our kids about nutrition in a way that’s fun and engaging. We need to show them that healthy food can be delicious too.

And yes, that means we adults need to step up our game. We can’t expect our kids to make healthy choices if we’re not modeling them ourselves. It’s time to get back in the kitchen, to make meal planning and preparation a family activity. It’s time to read those nutrition labels and have honest conversations about what we’re putting into our bodies.

But it’s not just about what happens at home. We need to look at our schools, our communities, our policies. Are we providing our children with healthy options? Are we making the healthy choice the easy choice? Or are we surrounding them with temptation at every turn?

The good news is, it’s not too late to turn this ship around. Every meal is an opportunity to make a better choice. Every grocery trip is a chance to teach our kids about nutrition. Every family dinner is a moment to connect over real, wholesome food.

So let’s commit, here and now, to doing better by our kids. Let’s pledge to make their health a priority, to educate ourselves and them about the importance of good nutrition. Because our children deserve more than a diet of empty calories and artificial flavors. They deserve the best possible start in life – and that starts with what’s on their plate.

Together, we can create a future where junk food is a rare treat, not a daily staple. A future where our kids are healthier, happier, and better equipped to face life’s challenges. Who’s with me?

Commentary: This speech focuses on the impact of junk food on children’s health and development, calling for action from parents, educators, and policymakers. It would be well-suited for PTA meetings, education conferences, or child health advocacy events.

Speech 4: The Psychology of Junk Food – Why We Can’t Resist

Hello, everyone. Today, we’re going to explore a topic that’s as fascinating as it is relevant to our daily lives – the psychology of junk food. Have you ever wondered why, despite knowing better, we find ourselves reaching for that bag of chips or that chocolate bar? Well, buckle up, because we’re about to take a journey into the human mind and its complex relationship with junk food.

First things first – let’s talk about why junk food is so darn appealing. It’s not just about taste, although that’s certainly a big part of it. Junk food is carefully engineered to hit all our pleasure centers. The combination of salt, sugar, and fat triggers a response in our brains similar to what drug addicts experience. That’s right – junk food can be addictive.

But it goes beyond just the physical sensations. Junk food often taps into our emotions and memories. Think about it – how many of us associate certain snacks with childhood treats or comfort during stressful times? That emotional connection makes junk food not just a food choice, but a coping mechanism.

Then there’s the convenience factor. In our fast-paced world, junk food offers a quick and easy solution to hunger. It doesn’t require preparation, it’s readily available, and it provides instant gratification. Our brains are wired to conserve energy, so the path of least resistance is often the most appealing.

Marketing also plays a huge role. Food companies spend billions on advertising, creating associations between their products and positive emotions or experiences. They use bright colors, catchy jingles, and celebrity endorsements to make their products seem more appealing. And let’s not forget about product placement – junk food is often front and center in stores, making it hard to avoid.

But here’s where it gets really interesting – our relationship with junk food isn’t just about external factors. It’s also tied to our internal dialogue and self-perception. For many people, junk food becomes a form of rebellion against diet culture or a way to assert control. The “forbidden fruit” aspect can make it even more tempting.

So, what can we do with this knowledge? Understanding the psychology behind our junk food cravings is the first step to changing our relationship with food. It’s about recognizing our triggers, questioning our motivations, and finding healthier ways to meet our emotional and physical needs.

This might mean practicing mindful eating – really paying attention to what we’re consuming and why. It might mean finding alternative ways to cope with stress or celebrate successes. It might mean reorganizing our environments to make healthier choices more accessible.

Remember, the goal isn’t to demonize junk food or to never enjoy a treat again. It’s about bringing awareness to our choices and taking back control from the carefully crafted allure of junk food. By understanding the psychology at play, we can make more informed decisions about what we eat and why.

So the next time you find yourself craving junk food, take a moment to pause and reflect. What’s really driving that craving? Is it hunger, emotion, habit, or something else entirely? By asking these questions, we can start to break the spell that junk food has cast over us and build a healthier, more balanced relationship with food.

After all, knowledge is power. And in this case, it might just be the power we need to resist that next junk food temptation.

Commentary: This speech delves into the psychological aspects of junk food consumption, exploring why we’re drawn to these foods despite knowing their drawbacks. It would be particularly effective for psychology seminars, nutrition workshops, or corporate wellness programs.

Speech 5: Redefining Junk Food – A Call for Industry Change

Ladies and gentlemen, esteemed colleagues in the food industry, today we stand at a crossroads. Our industry, which has the power to nourish millions, finds itself under scrutiny. The culprit? Junk food. But today, I’m not here to point fingers or assign blame. Instead, I want to propose a radical idea: let’s redefine junk food.

For decades, we’ve been creating products that are undeniably tasty, convenient, and profitable. We’ve mastered the art of making food that flies off the shelves and keeps consumers coming back for more. But at what cost? As obesity rates soar and health concerns mount, we can no longer ignore the role our industry plays in these issues.

But here’s the thing – it doesn’t have to be this way. We have the power, the resources, and the creativity to change the game. What if, instead of seeing health and profit as mutually exclusive, we saw them as perfectly aligned goals? What if we could create products that are just as crave-worthy, just as convenient, but also genuinely good for our customers?

I’m not talking about half-measures here. I’m not suggesting we simply slap a “low-fat” label on the same old products or reduce portion sizes while keeping the same ingredients. I’m proposing a fundamental shift in how we approach food production.

Imagine snack foods made with whole grains and natural sweeteners. Picture fast food restaurants where the default sides are fresh fruits and vegetables. Think about beverages that not only quench thirst but provide real nutritional benefits. This isn’t fantasy – it’s the future of food, if we have the courage to create it.

Now, I know what you’re thinking. “But will consumers buy it? Will we still make money?” The answer is a resounding yes. Consumers are more health-conscious than ever before. They’re reading labels, they’re demanding transparency, and they’re willing to pay for products that align with their values. By leading the charge towards healthier options, we’re not just doing the right thing – we’re positioning ourselves at the forefront of a lucrative market shift.

But this isn’t just about profits. It’s about legacy. How do we want to be remembered? As the industry that contributed to a global health crisis? Or as the pioneers who transformed the food landscape for the better?

This change won’t happen overnight. It will require investment in research and development. It will mean overhauling supply chains and rethinking marketing strategies. It will demand collaboration across sectors and perhaps even with those who have been our critics. But I believe we’re up to the challenge.

To my fellow food industry leaders, I say this: we have an unprecedented opportunity to make a positive impact on global health while ensuring the continued success of our businesses. Let’s not waste it. Let’s commit to redefining junk food. Let’s create a new category of convenient, delicious, and truly nourishing food.

The world is watching. Our customers are waiting. The time for change is now. Who’s ready to join me in reshaping the future of food?

Commentary: This speech takes a bold approach, calling for change within the food industry itself. It would be appropriate for food industry conferences, corporate board meetings, or as a keynote address at business ethics symposiums.

Wrapping Up

Junk food, with its complex web of flavors, convenience, and health implications, remains a hot topic in our society. These speeches have explored various facets of the junk food debate, from its impact on children’s health to the psychology behind our cravings, and even the potential for industry-wide change.

As we’ve seen, there’s no simple answer to the junk food question. It’s a multifaceted issue that touches on personal choice, public health, industry responsibility, and societal norms. But by continuing these conversations, by questioning our habits and assumptions, we can work towards a healthier, more balanced approach to food.

Whether you’re a parent trying to make the best choices for your family, a food industry professional looking to innovate, or simply someone who enjoys the occasional treat, these speeches offer food for thought. They remind us that every bite we take is a choice – a choice that affects not just our own health, but the health of our communities and our planet.

So the next time you’re faced with a food decision, take a moment to reflect. Consider the true cost of convenience, the power of your choices, and the potential for positive change. Because when it comes to food, we all have a seat at the table. Let’s make sure it’s a table worth sitting at.

1-Speech on Junk Food

Good morning honored principals, guests and dear friends The subject of my speech is junk food.

The word junk food defines the food that is not good for your body and is completely unimportant for the body. Junk food does not have any low or very low nutritional value, and despite that they are marketing, they are not healthy to consume. Most of them are high in saturated fats and sugar components and in addition to salt and lack of any fiber. The only reason for increasing their popularity and the growing trend of consumption is that they are ready to eat food or are easy. People of all ages are heading towards junk food because it is hassle-free and is often ready to grab and eat. Soft drinks, chips, wafers, noodles, pizzas, burgers, french fries etc. are some examples of various types of fast food available in the market.

Nutritionists have researched the bad effects of junk food and have come to the conclusion that junk food manufacturing companies are fooling people by displaying deceitful advertisements that show market junk food healthy. Me V_ should give the option of junk food with healthy food like fruits and vegetables. The junk food enthusiasts have to suffer the consequences of eating it in excess. So the next time you take that burger, hotdog, pizza, samosa, kachoris or even ice cream to eat in a restaurant, joints or a party, stop your tendency and instead, some healthy eating options Find out.

2-Speech on Junk Food

Hello and good morning! So what did you have for breakfast today? Was it egg, bread and milk or was it a parantha? Was it just milk, grains and fruits? Or just milk or fruit? I do not know your answer, but one thing I know is that every one of us has eaten something to fill our stomach and we need some food before going out for work or school. And it's a matter of choice that you fill your belly with.

I am sure that we will not always start our day by ordering pizza, burgers, biryani etc. Am i right I think ha And these restaurants do not even start serving these dishes in the morning. Every restaurant has a morning menu if they start early and contain most of the items that we like to eat early in the morning, such as eggs and bread, hash brown potatoes. Grains and milk, poha, or light food such as idli and fruit salad, yogurt, they also give the option of parantha, but never pizza or burgers. Have you thought why?

A pizza is nothing but a large part of white refined dough, in which all the dead are good and are overloaded with butter and paneer and there are very few vegetables on it. When you eat a piece of junk, you eat one another and another. No one is stopping you, it is delicious and inviting !! When you serve pizza on the table, then the homemade chapati that you want with yogurt bowls, or a choice of fruit or some fruit juice, or coffee? The only thing that you need to drown with - COKE but tell me one thing, do you think why coke? This is because all the other things that you are eating junk

All fried food is filled with junk. When you are eating Manchurian or Noodles you are eating fried food in which most vitamins lose vegetables and noodles are made from superfin refined flour which contains only carbohydrate and very little or too little of food The value is. My point is that if you feel that starting your day with garbage is not the right thing, how can you eat it at any other time of the day? And heavy food at night is a big no. You eat and you sleep after a few hours, most of us do not get any physical exercise because we do not go out for a walk during the night.

You can not start a whole new day with this kind of diet because these foods make you dull and fat. If you are not fit enough for your best performance, how do you expect a big success? Anyway, why drive your digestive system at such a point, where it is difficult to maintain digestion and juice throughout the day, even in the night when we are sleeping!

Eating healthy food is a difficult task these days. Someone can say, "Look, I am drinking milk, it is healthy, it is not so" during drinking, you can drink sugar mixed with taste, shielded milk. Milk, sure it is, but maybe you do not want to put it in your system to make it healthy. Similarly, packaged foods are ready to eat, hence the preservative, excessive salt and flavor, saturated and hydrogenated fats are called to say oatmeal or multigrain bread and biscuits. Why not choose fresh food? There may be a person who is cooking fresh food in front of you in a small dhaba, using clean methods and utensils can be a better option. At least you know how and how much it will use oil, butter, ghee. You can also control it to some extent and get food as you wish. And if you have any compulsion to eat, then you can fix it by choosing a healthy meal, and still can eat out and enjoy your meal without worrying about getting sick or getting fat.

Another very important thing is that you have to control the amount of food you eat at one time. If you intend to eat two, eat half a half. Whenever you eat a little less than whatever you eat, you are actually teaching your system to avoid overstuffing your stomach with food. It is a great thing. The next time you go to Mac Donald or Pizza Hut, and order, you order a little less, or order the salad as a side dish. Eat it first, then the carving of your junk will automatically go down. This is a vicious cycle that only you can take out. You can break the pattern and free yourself from this compulsive habit of eating junk, you can buy yourself a bag of chips because you are late. Keep something healthy in your bag or car beforehand so that you do not have any reason to buy the trash.

In the end, I would just like to say that one ounce of prevention is worth the cure. But you need to be consistent in your attitude. To change your old habits requires lots of willpower, even if you have a simple decision not to eat junk or early rising or going to bed on time. Remember, a swallow does not make a slimmer. Keep your efforts consistent and then see this difference in your life.

3-Speech on Junk Food

Good morning to all my respected teachers, principal madam, dear friends and all the parents present here today We all know and have heard that our parents have given great importance to the food we eat. Whether our parents or their, the story of food is the same in every age. Maybe we have some concrete proof that how our ancestors dealt with this problem of right food, the story can be similar to today's time. There may be children in their time or "food" was present! They may be fond of eating sweet fruits, not always so delicious vegetables. Imagine that they did not even cook them, but they still filled their stomach with raw fruits, vegetables and leaves and roots. It may be that this was the reason that they never became obese. Wondering how I can say that all cave pictures are evidence! There is not even a human figure that they have drawn, they have a thick stomach stomach!

I have to say that they all worked really hard; Even to fulfill their basic needs. They had to build their things, utensils, fire, tools, tools, storage etc. Everyone had to hunt for their food. Oh, is that so! Not a lot of exercise and a single energy drink! It must have been life, full of challenges. These days, all our adventures are limited to adventure sports and theme parks.

While he worked for all the calories he took, we do the opposite. We eat a lot, and many of them are junk, which include refined, polished, fabricated and artificially scented preservatives, most of the time canned food. And the one thing that was definitely missing from the primitive kitchen of our ancestors was oil, butter, ghee and sugar. Does it give us some indication that what kind of food they got? Yes, raw food and fruit. That is what we need to learn from them, - Eating salad and fruit pieces every day.

The food pyramid that we have seen and some of us can be taught in school, also carbohydrate and fat on top of the pyramid. That's the least amount of area in the field. Whereas, raw fruits and salads make the base. These are things of our mother nature that provide us. And in their natural form it is how they should be consumed, without killing vitamins and minerals, without killing them. Even milk and meat come to the second level.

Taking the pyramid of food as our guide, where are purees, pizza, burgers, dessert, cake, ice cream and chocolate falling? Not even at the top, that the food is not part of the pyramid. This is why we keep such food completely different. We call them junk food! All types of food that are filled with sugar, oil, butter and excessive salt, cause harm to our system completely. Though the effects are not immediate, they make our life difficult. This kind of food makes us dull, dull, rigid and fat. We need to be aware of this. Why do you see so many ads that you come and eat, plans and proposals, they tempt you, lure you and tempt you to come and eat. That is why we lie on us - do we get stuck or take our own decision to stay healthy and fit and stay strong. Choose it wisely, eventually it is a life that you have got. Eat to live or live to live! the decision is yours.

4-Speech on Junk Food

Junk name is self explanatory, is not it? Good morning everybody! I need to say in a lot of words what is junk food! This is the food we should avoid at any cost. I can quote many phrases and phrases which are said on this subject. For example, "you only eat what you eat". Another very interesting thing that I've heard somewhere, "Keep friends close to your enemies and close to junk food as far as possible".

Junk food contains things that are full of cream, butter, oil, sugar, lots of spices, salt and preservatives. Foods that are packed, and packaged dishes are processed, cooked or cooked and are preserved to eat out of the packets. And also children prefer to eat most chocolate. Ice-cream, cakes, cookies, chips, fried snacks etc. are all junk food. Now the third category is the food that we get in the restaurant, the oil variety which I like, like Bhatura, Puri, fried rice, Manchurian etc. Finally, we are great fans of Indian dessert which come in all types, colors and tastes. Dipped, sunken or full of sugar and oil. The festival season arrives and we get triggered! However, we do not really need a festival to motivate Mithai to buy.

Drop a hatta, and we'll go to the closest confectionery. The temptation in our mind is the result of all the information that is received through a sensory organs! And then once you are there, that is preventing you from buying all those delicious behaviors. Why just mithai shops, all those pizza sellers and burgers, momos and fried chicken restaurants, what about them? We regularly visit them. Once you sit with your friends and hang out, once you get to the attractive toys you get with meals, and even though there is still one more family weekend, I will never end in the excuse of digging my teeth. Can go with the list invite those looking for food in those delicious!

But at the same time it is only ME, yes I can stop myself from entering these demons of sellers who fulfill my tongue, not my body. Whatever I get from junk food, I have got FAT in my body. ("Fill all the trash"). If we have looked at our nearby markets, small or large, even open spaces in malls, then they all have small shops selling various fast food items. The fact is that these shops come up, and even malls allow them to exist, which shows that all of them are so popular and desirable by all of us. Either we fill our belly with available waste or we are sensible and learn to say NO. The faster we learn to oppose it, it is better for us. The whole world is not fighting obesity right. More and more people are hunting for it and understand the matter without any return. And a very fat person who we all know is sluggish and less efficient, and thus less productive.

Whether young or old, we all should understand that being fit is our duty and privilege. And healthy eating is the first step for this. Take this first step and you will not regret it. I wish you all success and you all need the power to keep your mind and body healthy. Eat healthy, stay fit!

5-Speech on Junk Food

Good morning! It's just another morning when everyone started out. Like any other morning when parents are working for their school and running for children. A voice that is specially heard, "Have you drunk your milk, kept your Tiffin in your bag, you were almonds or you did not forget your apple! As far as eating healthy food is concerned , These are all signs of the beginning of your day.

Yes, other good habits matter, exercise, walk, walk, meditate etc.

But if you are not alert about what you are dumping inside your precious body, then what is the use of all exercises. To eat "junk", this word is not enough for us to understand that junk actually means it and junk food is definitely useless for our body. We can decisively avoid it at all costs. Without feeling that we are really missing something important, we can safely ignore it. Such food does not give us any energy, there is no vitamins in it, there is no mineral in it. And it's completely deadly in the long run. Junk food is mainly made from lots of fat and trans fats, spices, excessive salt, preservatives and artificial flavors in some cases, which can taste like fruit or paneer.

But the truth is that junk food is the food of good quality necessary for our body. The daily requirement of average calorie for a healthy person is 1600 to 2000 calories, and if we come to calculate calories in a pizza, then we treat ourselves all the time and with it; Or eat a weekend lunch we eat with our otherwise busy family, just to compensate for the short time spent with each other, then this pizza will probably meet the calorie requirement for the whole day, or even more It is possible. So see what you eat because the calories you take during the day is very important if we want to maintain our optimum weight. BMI, which is the body mass index of a person, if you want to maintain a fit and healthy body, then this is a necessary figure.

This does not mean that you keep a calorie meter in your pocket. I am just saying that to eat healthy food and to stop unhealthy junk you only have to work with conscious and firm determination. The food that looks and sniffs from heaven must be eaten, but in very small quantities. If this is tempting you and supporting you to consume it, then it is definitely junk food! This type of food is a food that looks rich, is creamy, and it comes out very beautiful aroma.

On the contrary, the color that is colored looks simple and does not contain any cream or some oil. Raw vegetables and fruits are used to digest our digestive system, since homo-sapiens have been formed since humans have been formed. By accidentally cooking food, at that point where the best recipes are made using cream, ghee or butter, we have gone to a point where our body is actually sticking to digest this fat food Should work hard. Now that we have included such food in our diet, then any amount of mass will not have a very positive impact on the body. We connect our problems and weight to our bell. Such people ridicule and say; This is a sign of prosperity and prosperity! But the reality is that if they are given a chance they will first want to look fit and handsome. It is not that it makes any difference to anyone. It is after all the people who are taking advantage of being fit, healthy and beautiful.

Eating junk food and spoiling your own health is done in the hands of a person. Alternatively, choosing healthy foods and staying fit is also in the same hands. It is the people's will, awareness and conscious decision that makes all the difference. We eat only what we eat. And this is not just how we look when we have accumulated all the fat and flab, so being overwhelming also slows our thinking and work down. This makes us sluggish and less productive. Do we hope to live like this, the question? We all know the answer. Who wants to be the last person who can be appointed in his office? According to one of the researches conducted by the students, a person who is a good-looking and attractive personality, is obliged to earn more than people who are overweight and are less affectionate to say such.

But I say that looking good is very important because they are packaging the best product inside it. After all, a book is known by its cover! And healthy body has a healthy mind. All these studies begin to come true; I do not see any counter argument for them. And thus I end this by saying that someone should use his discretion wisely, who wants life. It is a life that we get, and we eat for life and do not live to eat.
